45º style rod prevents the hanger from coming apart once assembled. The rod is made from durable 3/8" thick steel, and can be welded and formed directly to the exhaust pipe. Can be used with either aluminized or stainless steel exhaust systems
The grommet can be bolted or welded to the vehicle, and provides a secure attachment point. The rubber grommet isolates movement and noise, so you don't have to worry about vibrations!
